3. Contracting Relationship

Service agreements are concluded between RouteP and the client company (business-to-business), and RouteP issues invoices based on a global service contract. RouteP operates an expert pool, recommends suitable experts, and supports smooth delivery of the service. Experts collaborate through RouteP.

4. Consultation and Proposal

The service begins with a single online consultation to understand the client's challenge, after which RouteP proposes suitable experts, a way of working, and pricing scoped to the client's needs.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are determined individually by the scope, intensity, and duration of the engagement, as set out in the service contract, and invoices are issued under the agreed global service contract.

6. Nature of Services and Limitation of Liability

The services are professional advisory in nature. RouteP and its experts provide advice and support but do not guarantee specific business results; final decisions and their outcomes rest with the client. To the extent permitted by law, RouteP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

RouteP and its experts maintain the confidentiality of information received from the client. Ownership of deliverables and pre-existing intellectual property is governed by the individual service contract.

3. Quan hệ hợp đồng

Hợp đồng dịch vụ được ký giữa RouteP và công ty khách hàng (doanh nghiệp với doanh nghiệp), và RouteP xuất hóa đơn dựa trên hợp đồng dịch vụ toàn cầu. RouteP vận hành nhóm chuyên gia, giới thiệu chuyên gia phù hợp và hỗ trợ triển khai suôn sẻ. Chuyên gia hợp tác thông qua RouteP.

4. Tư vấn và đề xuất

Dịch vụ bắt đầu bằng một buổi tư vấn trực tuyến để hiểu vấn đề của khách hàng, sau đó RouteP đề xuất chuyên gia phù hợp, cách hợp tác và mức giá theo phạm vi nhu cầu.

5. Phí và thanh toán

Phí được xác định riêng theo phạm vi, mức độ tham gia và thời gian, được quy định trong hợp đồng dịch vụ; hóa đơn được xuất theo hợp đồng dịch vụ toàn cầu đã thỏa thuận.

6. Tính chất dịch vụ và giới hạn trách nhiệm

Dịch vụ mang tính tư vấn chuyên môn. RouteP và chuyên gia cung cấp tư vấn và hỗ trợ nhưng không bảo đảm kết quả kinh doanh cụ thể; quyết định cuối cùng và kết quả thuộc về khách hàng. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, RouteP không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp hoặc hệ quả phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ.

7. Bảo mật và sở hữu trí tuệ

RouteP và chuyên gia giữ bí mật thông tin nhận từ khách hàng. Quyền sở hữu sản phẩm bàn giao và quyền sở hữu trí tuệ có sẵn được điều chỉnh theo hợp đồng dịch vụ riêng.

제5조 요금 및 결제

요금은 자문의 범위·투입 강도·기간에 따라 개별적으로 결정되어 서비스 계약서에 정하며, 합의된 글로벌 서비스 계약에 따라 인보이스가 발행됩니다.

제6조 서비스의 성격 및 책임의 한계

본 서비스는 전문 자문의 성격을 가집니다. 루트피와 전문가는 자문과 지원을 제공하나 구체적인 사업 성과를 보장하지 않으며, 최종 의사결정과 그 결과는 고객에게 있습니다. 루트피는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

제7조 비밀유지 및 지식재산
